Laverty from the Author Mar./87’, including the original printed envelope for the game (with the title and imprint), the original ‘board’ to play, on buff card (the design of which is repeated on the frontispiece) the nine original counters, four pink and five grey, and a mourning card also addressed to Laverty (in another hand), pp. xii, 96, 8vo., original publishers’ red cloth, the backstrip lettered vertically in gilt, the upper cover title in gilt, the backstrip lightly soiled, lower edges touched by damp, red crushed morocco solander case, marbled lining, very good. via Blackwell
